Won maiden/novice races at Ayr (6f, good to firm/good) last season on two of his first three starts; came up short in Group/sales races otherwise but reappears having been gelded and he could prove well suited by this first crack at 5f; interesting on handicap debut, especially if backed.

Won at Chester (6f, good) last June on second start and comfortably followed up in novice there (6f, good) the following month; absent since and this handicap debut is a much tougher test of his credentials, but he's a bright prospect and it remains to be seen where his limitations lie.

Two wins last summer for Ger Lyons but down the field in Listed races last autumn on both starts for Charles Byrnes and soundly beaten in a handicap at Newmarket last Thursday on his stable/seasonal debut; others preferred.

Built upon last September's debut (5f, AW) to go close at Nottingham (5f, good to soft), then went one better at Yarmouth (5f, good to soft) in October when last seen; he could do with breaking more professionally but he impressed last time and could have plenty more to offer; yard in good form.

Won with something to spare at Newbury (6f, good to soft) last September on second start then pulled hard when mid-division in Listed race at York (6f, good); gelded since, which may settle him down, and this well-bred sort has potential off his opening mark.

Midfield in big-field nursery at York's Ebor meeting (6f, good to firm) last August when last seen; gelded since; however, close third in a nursery at Glorious Goodwood (6f, good to soft) previously, showing good pace, and he's in the picture on that form; also effective on good/good to firm.

Built upon the promise of his first two starts (6f, good/AW) when readily winning a Southwell maiden (5f, AW) at odds-on last September; his attractive pedigree provides optimism that he can take higher order still.

0-5 last year, all on turf, but he showed promise and won a handicap at Southwell (5f, AW) in January on his first run since being gelded; close second at Southwell (5f, AW) a fortnight ago and could be thereabouts if the return to grass isn't an issue.

Runner-up on debut at Ripon (6f, good) last August and won Kempton novice (6f, AW) in November on fourth start; some good AW handicap efforts since but not last time and he's probably vulnerable against unexposed types.
