Off the mark with shock 150-1 success in 2m1f Down Royal maiden in January (second and third both good winners since, rated 129 and 125 respectively); nowhere near that form following month however when third in 2m Ayr novice on soft; upped in trip for handicap debut and on a decent mark if taking that maiden win literally.

Seemed to relish testing ground when scoring readily on hurdles debut in a Gowran maiden (2m, heavy) in November but later in month faded tamely in C&D novice; back from a break with stamina concerns.

Still a maiden but progressing in each run, notably runner-up latest two in 2m3f maidens, at Naas and when chasing home a ready 8.5l winner at Limerick last month; cheekpieces now added for handicap debut.

Won Ballysteen point-to-point (yielding) for Pierce Power and fortunate winner when left in the lead at the last on hurdles debut at Down Royal (2m6f) in October; softer ground possibly against him when pulled up in Thurles rated novice in December and back from a break here.

Progressed really well earlier in the season with handicap wins at Sligo, Downpatrick and Naas; having risen 30lb in ratings, form has levelled out of late albeit recent Wexford third was a solid one; consistent mare but others may now be better handicapped.

Favourite when touched off in this race last year (off 105) and reappeared to land 2m maiden here in November on similarly testing ground; beaten favourite both starts since, latest when dropping out tamely before last in C&D rated novice in January; tongue-tie now added to cheekpieces worn the last twice.

Lightly raced 5yo stepped up nicely on latest of three maiden runs to win over C&D in early February, seeing it out strongly in admittedly a weak affair; type to improve again but will need to off this mark.

Fair level of form without yet winning, placed in Down Royal maiden and Ayr novice; two most recent runs below that level however and beginning to look exposed.

Nicely improved to get off the mark on fourth attempt hurdling and on handicap debut at Gowran last month, coming late under patient ride to win going away over 2m (heavy): every chance he'll improve again over this longer trip and 9lb rise workable.

Improved round of jumping to get off the mark last month in 2m3f Naas handicap, making most and rallying well from last (soft-to-heavy); 7lb rise so needs to step up again.

Hurdles win last summer came at Galway and back chasing of late, notably 2m7f Punchestown handicap win; okay effort at Leopardstown last time when favourite; also due to run over fences here on Saturday (3.15).

Won a point-to-point on good ground last May; coped with much softer ground on first three maiden hurdle runs when placed behind some decent types; recent Limerick run was poor though, forcing it as usual but dropping out tamely; others preferred on handicap debut.

Bumper winner is 1-18 over hurdles with the victory coming off a mark of 100 in decisive fashion at Thurles (2m4f, heavy) in January; ran a nice race when fourth in a Listed novice at Navan last time (2m4f, heavy); don't rule out.

Won comfortably on hurdles debut at Downpatrick (2m2f, good) last summer and some okay runs in handicaps afterwards; absent since October and probably wants better ground.

Won C&D maiden in November on heavy but hasn't gone from that, most recently weakening two out in 2m7f Punchestown handicap in February; return to this trip should suit and tongue-tie added.

Lightly raced 3yo was having only third start when landing ordinary 2m Wexford maiden last month, coming home strongly to beat a joint-favourite (pair clear); longer trip should suit but this a stiff task.

Maiden's best run came when placed in good-ground Wexford maiden last summer; testing ground wouldn't have suited on last month's comeback run and may need more drying to be considered.

Off the mark on second handicap attempt, coming home well to assert from last over this trip at Gowran last month (heavy); 7lb rise but could go well.

Maiden's best effort yet on latest when up with pace throughout in finishing second of 18 in 2m3f Leopardstown novice handicap last month (soft-to-heavy); not sure this slightly longer trip will suit.

Win came over this trip at Gowran (soft) in October; safely held since, okay run at Limerick last time over an inadequate trip but looking pretty exposed at this stage.

Not beaten far in a Galway bumper on debut but hasn't kicked on since then, well held in three maiden hurdles; opening mark looks plenty high on evidence to-date.

Last month's Naas comeback run (10.5l fifth behind Umpire's Call) was a step in the right direction but lots more required here in a more competitive handicap.
