I am a member so why is the Patreon still asking me to register?
You are likely using the incorrect email address. When signing in, ensure that you are using the email address you registered payment with.
How do I check my membership level?
Check Your Membership Level: Go to “settings” on the left side, then select “Memberships” to see your current level and next charge date.
How to cancel my membership?
Log in to your account and switch to your member profile (if applicable). You can check which profile you’re on by clicking your profile picture in the bottom left corner
Click the Settings link from the left-side menu
Go to the Memberships tab (this link will take you there)
Locate your membership, and click the View Details button
Click on Cancel membership, then confirm cancellation
Decide whether to stay connected as a free member or toggle off this option and click Save and continue
Optionally, complete the anonymous exit survey to share feedback with the creator.
Can I re-subscribe later?
Yes, you can re-subscribe to any creator at any time.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
Patreon doesn’t currently offer a pause feature. To temporarily stop payments, you’ll need to cancel and re-subscribe later.
How do I find past content on the Patreon site?
We recommend using the “Collections” feature, which groups content into content buckets to make it easy to find what you’re looking for (i.e. “Eric Bischoff,” “Monday Mailbag”). There is also a Search feature on the homepage that users can search for a specific piece of content.
How do I find the daily tips?
If on mobile, click the profile picture and click the collections tab. The Collections department hosts all of the content organised into separate folders. The daily tips will be under the “daily tips” folder.
How do I receive notifications?
Open your Patreon app and go to your Account, by tapping on the Account icon on the bottom bar of the screen.
Tap on Settings and then Notification Settings.
Look for the name of the creator you want to receive notifications from and give it a tap.
Make sure you have email and push notifications on for those creators.

Alternatively, you can see your Patreon notifications by logging in to your patron account and clicking on the Settings button from the left navigation menu. Then click the Email notifications tab to switch off notifications you no longer want to receive.
Do I receive an email for the tips?
Yes, every member, unless they have turned off their email notifications, will get tips via email at posting.
When do the tips get posted?
This can vary, typically the evening before racing, but members will receive a 30 minute warning post before tips are published.
